Job Responsibilities
As a Stacker, your main duties will include:
- Ensuring shelves, bins, and displays are fully stocked.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing items as needed.
- Organizing aisles to ensure a clean and presentable store.
- Modifying window displays as needed.
- Using warehouse marking tools for proper inventory management.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by offering assistance to shoppers as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a shelf stocking position or a comparable role.
- Skills Required:
- Stock management and shelf monitoring.
- Customer satisfaction management.
- Using warehouse tools effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Languages: Basic knowledge of Maltese is preferred.
